How does an attendant apply?
Tunisia is not on the e-Visa list, so no attendant can apply for the e-Medical Attendant visa. Each attendant books an appointment online, then submits the printed form from indianvisaonline.gov.in with the documents in person at the Embassy of India in Tunis.
What does the attendant pay?
The Government of India sets the fee. It is paid at the Embassy of India in Tunis when the application is submitted.
How do the invitation letters work for attendants?
The hospital issues two invitation letters: one on its letterhead, addressed to the Embassy of India in Tunis, and one generated on the FRRO system. Both list each attendant with the patient, by name, passport number and relationship. Jivo needs each attendant's passport details to request them.
