Indian Medical Visa for Algeria Citizens

An Algerian patient needs the regular medical visa, which is issued on a paper application at the Embassy of India in Algiers. Algeria is not on the e-Visa list, so Algerian citizens are not eligible for the e-Medical visa. Jivo obtains the hospital's invitation letters for the application.
