How does an Angolan patient start?

The first step is sending the reports to Jivo on WhatsApp. Jivo prepares the case file, several specialists review it and give their opinions, and Jivo organises the consultations. Hospital estimates follow.

Once the patient chooses a hospital, Jivo obtains the Visa Invitation Letter from it and assists with the visa application. Every Jivo partner hospital is FRRO-registered. An Angolan patient can travel on either type of medical visa: the e-Medical visa, handled entirely online, or the regular medical visa from the Embassy of India in Luanda, which is a paper visa. Attendants apply for a medical attendant visa. When the visa is granted, the patient books the flight, and Jivo meets the patient at the airport in New Delhi and assigns a case manager and a hospital coordinator.
