How does an attendant apply online?

Each attendant applies separately with their passport bio page and email. The portal sends any re-upload request and the decision to that address within about three working days. The attendant shows the Electronic Travel Authorization at immigration in India.

What does the attendant pay?

The Government of India sets the fee. It is shown and paid online during an e-Medical Attendant application, or paid at the Embassy for a regular visa.

How does an attendant apply for a regular visa?

On a regular visa, each attendant completes the application form on indianvisaonline.gov.in, prints it, attaches a photograph and submits it at the Embassy with the documents.

What does the Yerevan mission require?

Each attendant presents a confirmed return flight reservation and the hospital's letters, signed and stamped, with a copy of the hospital's recognition certificate.

How do the invitation letters work for attendants?

The hospital issues two invitation letters: one on its letterhead, addressed to the Indian mission, and one generated on the FRRO system. Both list each attendant with the patient, by name, passport number and relationship. Jivo needs each attendant's passport details to request them.
