Jivo guides the patient on the fit-to-fly certificate and on informing the airline, so the airline's approval comes in time. It also shares a pre-travel checklist and helps the patient find accommodation near the hospital.
What happens in India?
Jivo meets the patient at the airport in New Delhi. At the hospital, a Jivo case manager and a hospital coordinator guide the patient every day and coordinate tests, admission, treatment and recovery.
