How does an attendant apply?

Saudi Arabia is not on the e-Visa list, so each attendant applies for a regular medical attendant visa. Every attendant completes the online application form, prints it and submits it at the Embassy with the same documents as the patient.

What does the attendant pay?

The Government of India sets the fee. It is paid at the Embassy of India in Riyadh with the application.

How do the invitation letters work for attendants?

The hospital issues two invitation letters: one on its letterhead, addressed to the Embassy of India in Riyadh, and one generated on the FRRO system. Both list each attendant with the patient, by name, passport number and relationship. Jivo needs each attendant's passport details to request them.
